Step 2 (Publish the VB Program)

Select "Project" and Then "Properties".  Note the default location of the compiled files is "bin\Release"

Select the Publish Tab from the left side of the screen. Then click the "Publish Wizard" button.

Note the default location of the published files is "publish\".  Select next.

Select next again.

Next again.

Note the final location of the published files.  Select Finish.
