Opening Motion Patrol With VB Express 2008

Select Open File and Open The Motion Patrol VB project

Doubleclick the Form1.vb file in the solution explorer to see the form graphics

Click on the Form1.vb tab, or anywhere on the form graphics to see the VB Code

Click the Green Run Arrow to Run The Program
